Welcome to Invision Drone. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Offered
Invision Drone provides FPV drone cinematography, promotional video services, and related creative media solutions.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and ensuring any necessary permissions (e.g., for filming on private property or during events) are obtained prior to production.

3. Payments & Refunds
A deposit may be required before a project begins. Final payment is due upon project completion. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Intellectual Property
All footage and edits remain the property of Invision Drone until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final delivered content. Raw footage is not included unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver exceptional service but are not liable for unforeseen delays, weather-related interruptions, or third-party service failures.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
